After initial consultation I will design your personal training programme taking into account:
  • Your personal goals.

  • Your lifestyle.

  • Your medical history.

  • Your exercise history.

  • Your diet.

  • Your age.

I can train you individually or with a friend, either:
  • At home

  • In a local gym in Woking.

My aim is to help you achieve your goals and educate you on how to maintain them in your everyday life. I meet with you weekly and teach you simple exercises to do, either at home or in the gym. You take your programme with you so you can follow it wherever you are!
